Description
Mafia! is a 1998 comedy spoof from Jim Abrahams, the director behind Airplane! and Hot Shots!, taking aim at Hollywood's greatest gangster films. In this sidesplitting saga of disorganized crime, Lloyd Bridges stars as the ruthless yet ceaselessly clumsy Godfather Vincenzo Cortino, who must choose his successor as a rivalry breaks out between his two sons. The cast features Jay Mohr as a war hero son, Christina Applegate, and Olympia Dukakis. This VHS release is distributed by Touchstone Home Video in color with Hi-Fi Stereo, digitally mastered. Running time is approximately 87 minutes and the film carries a PG-13 rating. A mobster movie parody in the tradition of classic Abrahams comedies.
