Frequently Asked Questions

What brands of Blu-ray players do you carry?

Our Blu-ray player inventory includes top manufacturers from the format's peak years — Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, LG, Oppo, and others. We prioritize models known for reliable laser mechanisms, strong build quality, and good upscaling performance that holds up well for today's displays.

Are your Blu-ray players tested before listing?

Yes — every player is powered on and tested for disc loading, playback, and basic function before listing. Any known issues — finicky tray, missing remote, cosmetic wear — are clearly noted in the product description so there are no surprises when it arrives.

Do Blu-ray players also play DVDs?

Yes — all Blu-ray players are backward compatible with standard DVDs, and most will also upscale DVD content to near-HD quality. Many also play CDs. Specific format compatibility is noted in individual listings where relevant.

What about region coding?

Blu-ray uses a three-region system (Region A covers North America, Region B covers Europe and Australia, Region C covers Asia). Most players in our inventory are Region A unless a listing specifically notes otherwise. If you need multi-region capability, check the individual listing or contact us before purchasing.

Do players come with remote controls and cables?

Each listing specifies exactly what's included. Some units come complete with original remote and HDMI cable; others are player-only. We always list what's included so you know before you buy.

How is hardware packaged for shipping?

Blu-ray players are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in sturdy boxes with appropriate cushioning to prevent movement and impact damage in transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — Keystone Crypt ships worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout. International buyers should note that voltage compatibility varies by region — most units in our inventory run on North American voltage (120V/60Hz).
