Frequently Asked Questions

What game systems does Keystone Crypt carry?

Our game system inventory spans multiple generations — Atari, Nintendo (NES, SNES, N64, GameBoy), Sega (Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast), PlayStation (PS1, PS2), and more. We source original hardware from private collections and estates, covering both home consoles and handheld systems from gaming's most celebrated eras.

Are game systems tested before listing?

Yes — every system is powered on and tested for basic function before listing. We test video output, controller ports, and where applicable cartridge or disc loading. Any known issues are noted clearly in the product description. A unit listed as working has been verified to boot and play.

Do systems come with controllers and cables?

It varies by listing — each product description specifies exactly what's included. Some systems come complete with original controllers, power supply, and AV cables; others are console-only. We always list what's included so you know before you buy.

What about game cartridges and software?

We carry retro games separately — browse our Video Games collection for cartridges, discs, and strategy guides to pair with your system. We also carry strategy guides and game accessories.

How is hardware packaged for shipping?

Game systems are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in sturdy boxes with appropriate cushioning. Controllers and cables are wrapped separately to prevent scratching. We pack carefully to make sure everything arrives in the condition it left us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — Keystone Crypt ships worldwide. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Note that voltage compatibility varies by country — most retro systems run on North American voltage (120V/60Hz), so international buyers may need an adapter.
