Madagascar VHS 2005 DreamWorks Penguins Christmas Caper PG Animated Family

Madagascar is DreamWorks Animation's 2005 comedy about four pampered animals from New York's Central Park Zoo who find themselves shipwrecked on the exotic island of Madagascar. They discover that life in the wild is very different from life at the zoo. Directed by Eric Darnell and Tom McGrath, the film features the voices of Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, David Schwimmer, Jada Pinkett Smith and Sacha Baron Cohen as King Julien. This is the DreamWorks Home Entertainment VHS release in its original cardboard slipcase sleeve, rated PG. The feature runs approximately 1 hour 26 minutes. The tape also includes the bonus short The Penguins of Madagascar in A Christmas Caper, as seen in theaters. It is a nice addition for collectors of late-era VHS releases, since Madagascar was among the final major animated films issued on the format.
