The trouble is that the mask seems to cause strange things to happen, and Carly Beth soon discovers that she and the mask have become one. Directed by Timothy Bond from a teleplay by Jose Rivera, it was produced by Protocol Entertainment in association with Scholastic Productions, with Deborah A. Forte as executive producer. This is the Fox Video / 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment release, catalog number 4461, presented in the original clamshell case with the green slime Goosebumps artwork. It runs 44 minutes, in color, Hi-Fi Stereo and closed captioned. The case notes the film has been formatted to fit your screen, and the back carries a Proof of Purchase panel and the Reading Is Scream-tastic logo. A nostalgic 90s Halloween favorite for Goosebumps fans and VHS horror collectors.
